Installation and After Sales

The PVC City offers technical assistance throughout the territory of mainland Portugal. All our employees are specialized and constantly trained, accompanying the whole process of production and installation of the frames on site. All the frames undergo strict quality control. They are properly packed.

After installation, a thorough overhaul is done to ensure nothing has gone unnoticed.

2) Make the necessary repairs resulting from the activation of the Guarantees provided by the City PVC.

* Note: The cost of this assistance will be borne by the Client. The hours of operation of this service are done during working hours, on business days from Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Product Installation

Even the best frame made of very good quality materials may fail to perform part of its technical characteristics if it is not installed correctly. In fact, the frame installed according to the installation rules provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, are comfortable and durable in operation.
